By purchasing from or using Garden Table ("we", "us", "our") at gardentable.co, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.

Our Products

Garden Table sells digital products including The 5-Minute Meal Plan System and related guides, templates and systems. All products are delivered digitally — there are no physical products shipped.

Upon successful payment you will receive access to your purchased product(s) via email and/or our members portal at members.gardentable.co.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, however any change will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely by ThriveCart and Stripe. We do not store your payment details. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Upon refund, access to the purchased product(s) will be revoked
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse of this policy

Intellectual Property

All content within our products — including text, prompts, templates, frameworks, guides and systems — is the intellectual property of Garden Table and is protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a Garden Table product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal use. You may not:

• Share, distribute or resell our products or any part of them
• Copy or reproduce our content for commercial purposes
• Share your login credentials or download links with others
• Claim our content as your own or remove copyright notices
• Use our products to create competing products or services

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and helpfulness of our content, we make no guarantees about specific results.

Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, effort applied, and other factors outside our control. Any examples of results shared in our marketing materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of what you will achieve.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garden Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
